I love this company. Their values closely align with my personal values, leadership is honest and my personal life is valued as much as my work life. I never feel that I can't spare the time I need for my daughter. I'm a single mom and feel completely supported, more so than anyplace I've worked.

I am valued and have a positive and encouraging work environment. My compensation is fair and my work, challenging. The opportunities to advance from my department seem to be difficult if you're not interested in the outside sales path. Some of my best co-workers left feeling they do not have opps.
