
Remove the toxic leaders of teams. Stop making knee-jerk decisions. Leaders need to LISTEN when individuals come to them with the same issues over and over again. Stop the yearly layoffs. Promote people fairly. Ensure pay is equitable and at market value. Don't normalize 50-60 hour work weeks.

Stop making decisions based on personal preferences. When Sally got here, she immediately wanted Shutterfly to "look like Minted". There was no data behind that decision. There are no brand personas in place, so no guiding principles to go by. I believe we're seeing the results of that decision now.

I was laid off after my team's work alone brought in an incredible amount of revenue. Me and my team won a Top Shot award for this...but we were all laid off two days before the award was announced. While I appreciate the recognition and the monetary awards, DO BETTER. Stop the yearly layoffs.

I have no idea how this company has been able to hire such wonderful people on the creative team. They deserve better than the instability that they've been through for the past 3 years. 97% of the team gives everything they have to this company. They work long hours and bow to the whims of leaders.
