In addition to high turnover of executive leadership over the past few years, there have been at least 1-2 RIFs every year for a number of years. This has had a negative effect on team morale and confidence about the future, despite the quality and high value of the work we deliver.

Most all other organizations pay a much higher salary for the same role I have here. We did not get a raise or a bonus in 4 years, then last year received a very small raise.
