Overall Shutterfly provides challenging work environment that does well at keeping us engaged with team members located all over the globe. At the same time I miss the old days where we could get together for a holiday dinner and enjoy time with each other outside of work.

The communication from our leadership Team is clear and concise about how they are reacting to market demands.

Intelligent, capable people that I have strong bonds with. The people at Shutterfly are the primary reason I have stayed with the company for 8 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice and our E-staff seem to really care about our ideas and concerns. They take the time to connect with us and give us tools to voice our concerns or wins.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus provides me with the financial security I need to support my family and enrich our lives. Without it we would need to go without some of the things we enjoy or I would be forced to get a second job.
