I'm impressed by the CEO, my supervisor (Erin Hardy) and my co-workers. My only suggestion would be the $100 remote work allowance. It's been very difficult to get expenses approved. I suggest either giving employees $100 extra per month for at home expenses or eliminating the program altogether.
