The people! Jen and Damon are especially fantastic. I miss Ryan sometimes, though! Wish he'd show his face sometimes :)

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, the health insurance package is my favorite component of my benefits. I have a low deductible, great coverage, and I kept all my doctors.

I have a very unique skill set that is very valuable to the company all around, many years of journalism/PR-related experience, and a masters degree and im currently being below the average amount for a PR specialist. I have talked to them and theyre supposed to give me a raise & promotion in March.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely care about each other and the company as a whole, and it shows :) Slack is especially fun!
