My pay is higher than it has been at past jobs where I have had a similar amount of responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is serious about flexibility, and there is real trust that employees will do what we are supposed to do without micromanaging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent about what is happening in the company, and the fact that they care about the well-being of employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the challenge of what I am doing and interacting with my co-workers. (The Zoom channels are great, too, especially the Pet Lovers one where I get to see cute cats and dogs throughout the day.)
