Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The two most costly things for a business are employee salaries and paying for a physical location. Since we are fully remote I feel like salaries should be able to be more competitive than they currently are.

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help eachother. It really feels like we are part of a team where everyone wants everyone else to succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They actively look for feedback from their own employees

They encourage interaction even during a busy workday to make sure we are able to develop that trust that would otherwise be obtained by in-person contact.

Even though we are all remote, the company puts an emphasis on making genuine connections with the people you work with. They also support this by having a yearly gathering to bring everyone together.
