SmartBug is a pretty unique company in my experience. It's fully remote and has been forever plus it's fast growing. Many companies would crumble under the pressure of just one of these factors. Yet SmartBug has thrived. And they've created a positive environment for employees and clients.

They encourage interaction even during a busy workday to make sure we are able to develop that trust that would otherwise be obtained by in-person contact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very comparable to past jobs I've held and they seem to respond to the changing needs of our fast-growing company and are willing to use that growth to negotiate better terms for our company.
