What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is good, and the unlimited sick time helps me not stress if I get sick.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I could reach out to anyone in the company for help and they would instantly help me, no questions asked. Everyone is so wonderful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My director and manager are SO helpful and amazing. They genuinely care about me as a person and help me grow and learn in my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very involved and keep us updated! I really enjoy that I hear from most of them atleast once a week. Rather than hardly hearing from them.
