Give PA's better wages. $16.50 an hour doesn't cover much. More than half my pay barely covers rent. Last year I had to get rental assistance several times otherwise I would have been homeless. I've worked here for over 3 years and my pay doesn't show that.

Paying lower employees like PA's who are the first line Patients speak to a more livable wage. While we are yelled at, sworn at and sometimes have Patient's be inappropriate to us those in higher positions make more. I have worked here for over 3 years and only have had a 50 cent wage.
