Honestly, seeing everyone's pets and what they create (art, constructing things, before and afters of deep cleaning..) gives me so much serotonin, and also being able to share the patient's excitement as they start their journey!

There's no aura of stuffy professionalism that creates a wall between leadership and employees. Its more relaxed business casual so we can be passionate about what we do and expressive as an individual without feeling we're "not one of the people".

Everyone is so so supportive and come together to help each other when in need even outside of the usual work questions. We're human, caring, and work together. That's something missing now a days in the work place- at least, in my experience. If one team member is down, we don't leave them behind!
