Customer Service. I ftom Pit to MCO with my daughter on Sept 22. She had a 2 month baby and sent a new carrier (over $300valued) for gate claim Once in Orlando, the carrier wasn't at the gate. She was told to wait 15 minutes and then was told to go to baggage claim were we found a damage carrier.
