It is industry standard to not be paid for boarding so I can't solely get down on Spirit about that but it is pretty absurd that flight attendants are not being paid for 20% or more of their time at work

Yes. The company is extrenely profitable.

Hours need to be tracked and paid appropriately. Every pay day is a challenge if you know how we should be paid and how to audit your hours.

So far i have seen very little positive points in my day. I am on the job training i bave had two days with NO BREAK NO LINCH BREAK!! Ive worjed 8.5 hours with no stop!
