It is industry standard to not be paid for boarding so I can't solely get down on Spirit about that but it is pretty absurd that flight attendants are not being paid for 20% or more of their time at work

Hours need to be tracked and paid appropriately. Every pay day is a challenge if you know how we should be paid and how to audit your hours.
