What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We can contribute ideas, we are recognized and even celebrated.

So far i have seen very little positive points in my day. I am on the job training i bave had two days with NO BREAK NO LINCH BREAK!! Ive worjed 8.5 hours with no stop!
