
They were consistent and very patient. Great teachers. I use what I learned in everyday life. I'm disabled and they helped me through three years and we're very supportive to there employees.

Response, assisting agents with tech issues and definitely pay issues. The company is known to mess up agents check BUT to have it addressed, you have to get approval, and can not do it on the clock.

Communication, when you have training class and there's a deadline with the background checks not coming in follow up take ownership, dont say its a 3rd party nothing can be done . Dont make new hires feel worthless. Problem solving skills is a must !

Being there for there for their employees. I have worked here for almost 2 years. I think this company could be great if they listened more to their employees instead of ignoring or reprimanding employees for expressing there feeling and stating what they need to be productive

Horrible team leads, very strict rules selectively enforced, half the people are cheating with someone at work. At least the dress code is super relaxed.
