how’s your vacation policy?

4 weeks of PTO to start, which includes vacation and sick leave. 15 paid holidays (include 4 floating holidays.) Employees are able to roll over 20 days. The only big downside is employees are not paid out for PTO when they leave or are asked to leave.

How's the work life balance at Tenable?
COVID-19 has skewed work life balance with much longer hours and more meetings.
Work life balance is amazing here. I've never been questioned or challenged when asking for a day off.
Does Tenable have a volunteer program?
Yes! Tenable also has a donation match program and paid time off for volunteering.
Yes. You get one full day off for volunteering in your community.
How much and how often do raises happen at Tenable?
We have an annual performance review program, based on merit. It is extremely fair.

Yes, most positions have remote capability. Employees decide with their management where they will be most successful, most choose fully remote or hybrid. Computers and other hardware are provided at no cost to the employee.
