In my 6 months here, I was able to adjust to the scope of my work with the help of my team and because of the training provided. I could say enough that my overall experience is doing great because of the work-life balance that this career has given me and the opportunity to work remotely.

I think the most positive about the environment and culture of this company is that they give importance to a work-life balance. Since it helps me as an employee to do much more in life and not be easily burned out on a career that I love.

The thing that makes me happy about my work is that I'm not pressured to do it. What I mean by that is that I know even if I struggle I have a team to rely on and are willing to help. At the same time, we are given enough time to focus on our self-goals which is rewarded as well.
