Year to year its more work, fewer people, no-pay-bump. Numerous surveys later, we're still requesting at ALL levels, to have natural progressive salary increases at a minimum annually, to match the rate of inflation. All benefits, especially medical, should be much more comprehensive and affordable.

ttec is so behind the economic curve-they will literally waste money on things that employees do not care about but refuse to pay for good work-also benefits are a joke-they do not benefit us as employees-also PTO is also something that needs to be addressed as we should not be in fear of asking for

More on improvement on benefits. I've been here in the company for more than 10 years and I saw how the company grew. But, till now we don't have retirement benefits. This is one benefit that we, employees, want to have. I don't see this coming soon which is very sad as employees are resigning.

To actually get paid for the type of work I do. I know in my area going base payrate for my position is around $60K and I barely make $40K. I love the people I work with but if I find a position with a company who will pay me what I am worth, not to mention the base pay, I will need to take it.
