What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I am now under a new manager but my old manager was the worst....she was literally a micro manager to the point of making me so nervous to even look at my teams or email-she was awful and so unprofessional and somehow still has a job! also alot of people have made up positions here

Communication with their respective teams and a sense of urgency when it comes to information that would have an affect a team members employment.

Helping people instead of saying read the DLP or Lighthouse article. You are never given time to read any of the DLP's so you go into a call with a article that is many pages and try to figure out what part you need while talking to the customer (silence is bad) and checking emails and chatrooms.

Communication is severely lacking in this company.

Leadership needs to be better at treating their employees like people. My main concern is that if you are work from home, and your TTEC equipment malfunctions, TTEC will not pay you while new equipment is sent out, even though they make sure you can't go anywhere cause you gotta sign for delivery.
