Interview process was very slow to move forward, but then moved very quickly at the end. Seems like it is much more organized now though, since there was no US based HR team at the time

The pay is good, the stock options are very good, as are the insurance packages. Also we get Equinox gym membership, which is an extremely nice perk, since gyms in NYC are very expensive, and Equinox is arguably the nicest one.
