Be more proactive. Communicate much much better. Stop using Teams to communicate and deliver items to people and use the company tools and email instead.
No empowerment. Constant Teams messages which kills productivity. Constantly having to chase people to do their part. Constant approval loops. No timelines, just do it now mentality.
Empower people to do the jobs they were hired to do without having to see everything. Understand all the touchpoints that go into a deliverable and remove barriers to getting things done. Stop demanding things be done in unreasonable timeframes. Share the strategy of where we're going.
People need empowered to work without C-level review of every item created. People need empowered to say no when something can't be done in an unreasonable timeframe. People need held accountable and to communicate. Teams needs to be used ONLY for urgent comms not constant comms all day long.
