Employees at the bottom level are not paid enough. Even those without technical skills should be compensated for their high levels of competence and loyalty to the company. Wages have not kept up with inflation and raises have not been given regularly enough.

The majority of marketing team is not considerate of reserving the interpreter while we do a meeting or take time to communicate with us.

I don't know my coworkers as much anymore as the company has let most of them go and most of the others left due to the new toxic environment.

Be more proactive. Communicate much much better. Stop using Teams to communicate and deliver items to people and use the company tools and email instead.

I think this is just a reflection of the culture and leadership. There seems to be a power struggle at the top but no one stepping up to set the vision and direction. The company is so silod that priorities often conflict and all of that trickles down. Get execs in sync, overcommunicate to the team.
