What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everyday I got to work, part of me is wondering if I will be let go soon, or if more of my coworkers will be let go. Or will our priorities completely change and my job duties will be completely different tomorrow. It is hard to plan things out professionally and personally in these circumstances.

No empowerment. Constant Teams messages which kills productivity. Constantly having to chase people to do their part. Constant approval loops. No timelines, just do it now mentality.

General work civility must be improved, there have been a lot of passive-aggressive and derogatory comments being made at the top level - often in a joking manner but the repetition of this behavior is a growing concern and is contagious in the work culture.

Leadership, communication and vision is lacking, too many silos, too many toxic interactions that do not move the needle forward. This has to be fixed at the top to get fixed anywhere else.

Sorenson was never broken in past. Why change everything. Listen to Deaf & HH employees, they know best for the community
