Improve communicating the priority across ALL departments. And everybody understand what's their role and how it help all tie in. And ensure one component is completed before moving forward to market it.

We are behind other companies when it comes to compensation and innovative benefits such as a 4 day work week, unlimited PTO, Bonuses, Stock options etc...

Carefully analyze all available information before making decisions. Conduct better market research before executing ideas. Communicate the long-term plan in more detail with all employees.

We must approach our vision and goals with surgical precision, we can't keep chasing opportunities that aren't thoroughly researched and vetted. We have to stop focusing so much on what's in front of us and focus long term. We lack a strong strategic leader resulting in silos.

Leadership, communication, getting in sync with a vision and then priorities. Right now it seems we get priorities without a vision. More focus on what we can do versus what we have done. Our leadership needs to fail faster and manage its talent effectively including be ok to say they got it wrong.
