People are not treated like people in my department, we are just tools. Salary people treated like hourly when downtime but salaried when busy. Management is so toxic.

Leniency and flexibility, getting out of peoples hair so they can do their jobs. Not being so judging of people not like them. Treat employees with respect instead of outward annoyance and contempt.
