The atmosphere and the majority of the people. I am fortunate to work with positive people around me and if I have questions, our supervisor line is always there to assist, with no judgment.

It's a good environment. Recently they changed scheduling for psych techs to self scheduling and a lot of the psych techs are unhappy about this. I think it will even out but there is a lot of negativity about the change.
Stop backbiting and infighting. Stop tattling. Stop treating others with disrespect. Help those who need it without demeaning them.
Be positive and make sure to recognize all employees, as needed.
