What is the best part about your compensation package?

continuing education and vacation time

Insurance premium cost is very good.

We have incredible benefits for health and education.

The University provides great benefits. Yes - it's a problem in a way, because you need take home pay, also. The benefits compensate for most.

All inclusive friendly easy all encompassing

The medical and dental insurance.

Retirement plans and health insurance

The 401a and their 14.2% contribution

We get raises every year if we meet certain goals.

The number and variety of benefits available to choose from.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We all deserve better pay.

The UofU generally underpays people. However the benefits are amazing and make up a lot for it.

Compensation is low but the benefits are fantastic

Better raises would do the trick.
