What makes you most happy at work?

great coworkers, great physicians, great patients

I'm helping my clients succeed

Talking with the patients. I love learning about new cultures and the stories our patients share are impactful.

The relationships make me most happy.

Environment fast smart reliable determined

Knowing I'll be greeted happily and appreciated for my work in a genuine way. Fake appreciation ticks me off, so it's nice for something real.

Being allowed to do my thing and do it my way when I can.

Knowing that my data makes a difference

Seeing the patients make progress.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company image isn’t look upon well because of rumors, so we are losing busines

I think it will just take time for the self scheduling to be routine.

great retirement and benefits, good team

Their support and guidance. I love learning new things and polishing the current skills I have. They provide the education and knowledge I need for this.

Base pay and three more

Pay - while the pay & benefits they offer are great, by the time taxes and benefits are taken out, the take-home is almost 1/4 less.
