Great mix b/t compensation, bonus and equity. Having a 401k match is the only missing part right now but I understand not uncommon for companies that are pre-ipo and can't offer it just yet

We celebrate our projects, goal achievements and regularly celebrate our own personal life milestones as well as our individual work achievement
