Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that if I went to a different company I would get about $15K more. I don't think that work is rewarded as much as years of experience are.

The leadership listens but there is never tangible change to the concerns that are voiced. Diversity and room for carrier growth are also lacking.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This likely is due to the misalignment at the executive level trickling down, allowing for confusion, mistrust and incompetency at the lower management and individual contributor level but lately the company seems more silo'd than ever. No one's looking at the bigger picture.

There is a lot of incompetent leadership across the company which feeds into the large disconnect between how the executive team and how the individual contributors and middle management view reality. Make up our mind on what direction we want to go into and have clear direction on how to get there.
