Tangible change in the way we do things by not only actively listening to the people on the ground but actioning their feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership listens but there is never tangible change to the concerns that are voiced. Diversity and room for carrier growth are also lacking.
