We need a 401k match. I contribute a sizable portion of my paycheck every 2 weeks to compensate for what Fuze lacks in contributing. This is a huge pay cut.

I think the health benefits could be a little better but then again I think you need to be a big company to get a discount. I pay a small fortune and still get big bills from the doctors for seemingly routine things.
