Overall it has been a great experience, however reporting into the UK has been more difficult then reporting into the US. Time considerations need to be taken into account a bit more, weekly 1 on 1s I think are excessive. Fortnightly I think would be a better use of my time afterhours.

We have a mix of people out here that some a single representatives of global teams, even though we have different reporting structures we all act as a single team across sales/services/support.
