I love that Ascension allows me to grow in the company. There's many positions with simple entrance requirements to learn new skills. I've grown as a professional and have had more opportunities. I previously worked at a company where I could not benefits but Ascension tries to meet employee need

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel valued as an employee and really appreciate the benefits I'm offered, but being flexible is part of the Ascension culture. There were plenty of times where we have had to completely switch up our processes to meet changing needs of the company. Being paid more would make it feel less daunting
