What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team are incredibly supportive and tied to the mission. Our EVP and above seem very disconnected and I don't trust their leadership or decisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A compensation that matches my credentials. Watching others be paid more with less credentialling is terrible.

Get paid more. A lot of nurses are leaving to go travel because of the money. St. Vincent indicates they do no have money to hire staff, yet they pay a lot of money for travelers, open up a burn unit and have a huge multimillion dollar renovation. PAY YOUR STAFF
