I truly believe in our mission, but struggle in seeing the split between what executive leadership thinks happen/seeing the reality at bedside. It is two different worlds.

The people I get to serve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and innovative- willing to do what is needed for our patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A compensation that matches my credentials. Watching others be paid more with less credentialling is terrible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team are incredibly supportive and tied to the mission. Our EVP and above seem very disconnected and I don't trust their leadership or decisions.
