It's been a great experience overall and I can't wait to be able to move up within the company in the next 6 months or so.
Everyone is caring and nice.
The flexibility that I have and that I'm able to WFM.
They seem to care about their employees & not just the bottom dollar.
Most everyone is willing to help when myself or my coworkers have questions. Everyone seems nice.
Everyone is nice and always so willing to help when I have questions since I'm new and still learning the AMITA way.
If I was paid what I deserve based off my experience and qualifications. I started in this same positions as a temp and when they offered me a permanent position I was offered $4 less an hour and was told there was no negotiating.
That I get to work from home and I don't have a commute each day. It's also nice that I can do things around my house when I'm on lunch that I couldn't normally do if I was in the office. I also really like my manager! She's been so nice and helpful over the past 4 months.
Their flexible and willing to work with any appointments you have or if you need to leave early you're allowed to stay late or come in early to make up the time so you don't have to use PTO. Everyone always seems to be so nice and positive on all calls that I've been on over the past 4 months.
I feel I should be paid more based on the experience I bring to the position. I started as a temp and when I was hired on I had to take a $4/hr pay cut for the same role. That was a huge shock to me but I took the position because of the hope to grow with the company and move up within the company.
