I enjoy my work. I think I have the best job in the company as I onboard and mentor new employees and support current employees in my department with issues and problems. These can be application related, i.e. a software program not working or providing resources for them to share with patients.

I like the option to be involved with a wellness portal. This is something that you can pick and chose modules for behavior modification including tracking, i.e. diet, exercise, stress, etc.

I am able to prioritize my day and make the most of my time as my Manager does not micromanage me. My Manager supports me and I know that at any time, I can reach out and ask for assistance if needed.
