I enjoy the collaboration. I have worked constructively with many different leaders to find a pragmatic process or solutions. At former employers, it would have been derailed by conflict and blame.

The team works hard yet knows how to strike a balance. We have a good sense of humor and it gets us through the longer days. There is a genuine concern for one another's success and well-being.

The team is very generous with each other. They do not hesitate to cover for someone on vacation or train someone needing help. They are balanced and approach business issues with collaboration and not looking for a scapegoat.

While trying to navigate the changing climate of healthcare, our leadership team has not lost sight of why we are here. They recognize we have inherited a mission to serve our community and that they are accountable for ensuring it prospers and lives on.
