The mission and benefits are both really great. I have had some fantastic Leaders and some that leave something to be desired. For the most part of my time here I have not felt overwhelmed or stressed. More recently, I feel like I am being pulled in too many directions.

Being able to make a difference. Engaging in projects that are going to change people's lives and the way that they work.

I feel undervalued when I am asked to take on more work and my peers are not. I think that our leadership team tends to increase the load of those that they know are going to get the work done instead of evenly distributing the work and possibly having difficult conversations with others.
