I work PRN so I can make my own hours and maintain flexibility. I also am included in bonus pay, which is wonderful!

Ascension came through for us during Covid-19. They supported us emotionally, financially and we saw their faces!! I have worked at my facility for 30 years and it was the first time I really, really understood how they work for US.

We work so hard and have so much fun together. We are truly a team. I take this for granted most days as I have worked there so long, but when new coworkers join us they always remark on our teamwork. It is exceptional.
