I wish I'd never left my former job to work for this outfit. I have never seen a bigger group of fault finders and blame layers in my life. Nobody wants to own their mistakes, they want to assign blame to others rather than accept any personal responsibility. Chez is the worst.

I just want the company to pay me what they owe me and stop shuttling me back and forth between HR and the store manager as neither seems motivated to resolve the problem. I'm seriously considering filing suit against the company for violations of federal labor laws and get a lien on their stock.

The manager of our Prescott, Arizona store likes to play games with his employees timekeeping records so that they cannot be paid what they are owed for the hours they work and cannot get paid the "sick time" they are entitles to under company policy. He laughs about it and thinks it's a bog joke.
