If I could advocate working for any company, it would be Aura. I feel accepted, motivated, and energized to work for this company. There is a great work-life balance with a respect for personal time. There is an emphasis on open-communication in leadership that I haven't witnessed previously.

I loved that I didn't feel like I was being "quizzed." The interview process was very conversational with each round. Naturally, each manager wanted to gauge my skills, but it didn't feel like I was put on the spot or graded like I have previously. I was updated in a timely manner the whole process.

What I loved about Aura from the day I was hired is their inclusivity. Being a female in IT for over 11 years, there has always a dynamic issue, but I do not experience that from anyone at this company. Everyone is extremely accepting, and because of that I feel like I finally have a voice.
