The managers lie and steal from the store, and blame me for their lies and theft. If Barnes & Noble is paying attention to this: your Holyoke managers are actively stealing from your store. I tried to alert corporate about this, and you would not hear me.

The managers need to communicate and share information. They do not communicate and employees are set up to fail.

Being honest and not blaming their faults on their employees. Also, not stealing from the store, not lying to Human Resources and overall not being terrible managers.
