The Little Passports leadership team care for their employees as people. I don't know personally know the rest of BEGiN's leadership team and can't comment.

They're the best team and people I've ever had the pleasure to work with! I love how transparent we are, how we value each other as humans, and how close we are despite working from home.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I feel like my work is undervalued because of the lack of headcount on our team. I am currently not paid at market value. For a company that is modern, innovative, and requires a lot of work from each employee, not having unlimited PTO is ludicrous.

I have enjoyed my time here at this company. We have grown but there is constant communication from our CEO informing us what is happening. We have hired amazing talent and it's so nice to be working with a group of talented professionals in a very collaborative and diverse environment.
