Love Beiersdorf, their constant advancements and improvements around the world. People at my worj are amzing and HR department is great and very easy to relate to. I think its great especially if you are new to the organization.

Overall, I love Beiersdorf. I love the culture and especially people that I work with every day. I sometimes feel that constant change of directors and high-ups' doesn't allow us to express and actually see the change of the concern that was previously expressed to the leader.

Interacting with the people that I work with is the most exciting about the workday. Learning from my colleagues and advancing is always exciting. Seeing the results of your continues work is super rewarding.

Our Leadership team keeps moving forward with changes that our world is going through as we know it. We as a company and organization are not standing in one place as the world is moving forward.

I have a very supportive manager. My colleagues that I deal with every day are always easy to talk to and accessible when needed. There is never a problem to reach out with questions and vice versa.

We all stick together and watch after each ither's success. When someone beeds a day off we always encourage and support with work load during their absense. Everyone on my team us always eager to jumo in, teach, share their experience and knowledge and for me its very important.

I find it verynpositive that our company invests in their employees. We aways learn new skills, the fact that we have sifferent skill sets coming feom different countries helps as well. I love that we can always explore other departments and go ti another countey even to gain expertise.

Our leadership team are aleays accesible and the fact that at some point they were in a different country makes them more open to ideas and suggestions. Our HR SVP held wrlcome lunches with all newcommers. It is very porsonable and i think it contributes to the connection within organization.
