I have been very pleased with my experience at BDF so far. Starting a new job during a pandemic is a very challenging and unusual experience, but my team at Coppertone has made it very pleasant and welcoming. I feel challenged and appreciated for my contributions.

Diverse group of people from many different backgrounds and geographic locations. Very friendly set, generally I really like and enjoy spending time with them.

The flexibility when it comes to work/life balance. Being able to commute into the office during off-peak traffic time and flex my schedule to accommodate my family and private appointments is priceless.

The flexibility and acceptance of employee's external responsibilities has been so refreshing. As a working mom, I feel like I have enough flexibility to be successful at work as well as take care of the needs of my family. I don't feel like I have to make a tradeoff.

I love the autonomy my manager gives me, and the ability to schedule my days in a way that are most productive for me. I love coming into the office to see my colleagues and collaborate, but if it makes more sense for me to work at my computer, I can be productive at home too.
