I cannot wait to get out. I have never been so unsupported and unfulfilled in my career. The work is endless and unappreciated. Leadership micromanages to an extreme level. Nobody steps in to help they only create additional road blocks. There is no real positives here besides getting a pay check.

My team of immediate peers is amazin. The leadership and senior management at Beiersdorf is so poor that it causes the mid-level employees to bond together and form strong partnerships.

Leadership needs to acknowledge that every team has priorities and deliverables that need to get done and cannot drop everything to meet every urgent demand they have. They do not listen to what anyone has to say unless they are a VP & will work you to the bone with meaningless tasks & no reward.
