We had safety and integrity in everything we did. Had plans had backup plans. Cared about employee time off and vacation. We got nothing now. Everything is pencil whipped by the higher ups to get ahead. No safety culture anymore. If your loved one has stage 4 cancer FML will be denied several times

Bring moral up any way you can. Stop chasing profits for now and plan how to retain profitability for the future

Settle a good contract for the employees. Take care of the employees as they are getting hard to find and train. Care for the locomotives as they move the things that make your profit. Safety needs to be reinstated

Settle the contract. We haven't had a raise In three years. And when the class 1 railroads met with the unions to discuss the contract they said no raises and Healthcare would double. No that's truly a slap in the face of any employee

Alot of us care about our brothers and sisters of the rail industry. I have never met or worked with such awesome and intelligent people. They care not only for you but for there job. Alot of them really want ro do what's right here
